Tensile parts with holesFor punched parts with holes or notches. When choosing a single process die, blanking is usually arranged at the end of the progressive die when blanking is followed by punching or notching. If there are two holes close to different sizes in operation, punch large holes first and then small holes. For bending parts with holes, punching and bending can be used to simplify the die mechanism. When the hole is located in the bending deformation area, the area is close to the deformation area, and the first hole is required to be bent at the punching level. For the stretching parts with holes, punching is usually the first step. When the holes are located at the bottom and the dimensional accuracy of the holes is not high, punching is the first step to stretch. Method of reducing blanking force: 1. fuel blanking 2. step punch blanking 3. oblique edge blanking |
